I am working with Metal as Head of Programme, developing new programme and commissions in Southend and Liverpool. Most recently curated STILL, an exhibition about water with new work by Simon Norfolk, Gina Czarnecki, Markus Soukup, Howard and Matthews and Peter Cusack. This show will continue to tour throughout 2012. Also just completed a 7 day lab working with Oreet Ashery and five artists, engaging with comedy including guest visits by Simon Munnery, Alex Horne and Shaista Aziz.

In June I visited Canada, to research a programme for a Marshall McLuhan seminar at Watershed. Working with curator Ihor Holubizky, we've devised a series of films, interviews and some reflection on McLuhan's continuing influence on electronic media. The programme was presented at Watershed in October 2011, including seminars and an interview with Paul Morley.

Over the Summer I've been consulting on behalf of AND Festival and working with FACT on digital innovation programme. Work in progress includes the idroids, with more episodes planned for 2012.

Published Manual For Marginal Places in May with Sophie Mellor and devising some further work in 2012.

In October I resigned as a Director of PVA MediaLab. A very long journey came to an end. I am sad about this.
